Cancellation policy

The event will be held live. If a live event is not possible due to regulatory restrictions, it will be cancelled. In that case, participation fees will be refunded. If a corona passport is available, it will be mandatory for all the participants.

If a participant cancels her participation less than one month before the event (after 16th of November), we will refund the fee from which we will deduct 50 € office expenses.

For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event, no refunds will be made.
