Shawn Adamek (UMBRA)

Shawn Adamek is the Chief Marketing Officer at Umbra. He joined the company in 2017 to help the company position itself as an industry leader in 3D solutions for new vertical markets including architecture, manufacturing, automotive, medical, and gaming. He spearheads marketing, commercial, and revenue strategy, and manages Umbra’s San Francisco office.

A seasoned Silicon Valley executive, Adamek has worked at companies delivering leading-edge graphics and audio to billions of users worldwide. Prior to Umbra, he served as the head of product for Beatnik, whose technology shipped in over a billion mobile phones during his tenure. He also led NVIDIA’s worldwide mobile operator strategy and helped drive the adoption of the NVIDIA Tegra platform. Adamek earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Stanford University.
