Pim van Wylick (Planalogic)
Pim van Wylick is an architect, innovator and entrepreneur. He is the founder of THE FORM FOUNDATION. and Planalogic. As an advocate of interdisciplinary research and collaboration, he likes to think outside the conventional framework. Trained as an architect, and has worked for world-renowned architecture offices like OMA and Herzog & de Meuron, Pim has a vast international experience in complex high-profile architectural projects. He introduced parametric software from the aircraft and car industries into the design of the Olympic Stadium in Beijing, the so-called bird’s nest, allowing for unprecedented complexity within the architectural design.
The Form Foundation was a first mover in the market by designing Europe’s first commercially 3D concrete printed building with a building permit, which was completed in 2019.
Planalogic continues this philosophy of pushing boundaries and uses Artificial Intelligence to create better buildings and living environments. By integrating design services, real estate knowledge and market data Planalogic delivers high performing designs in a very short timeframe.
Planalogic is selected as one of the top 50 PropTech Startups of Europe by the European Commission and ProptechHouseEU.
